DMCA Policy

2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content you uploaded to PikaShow.pk was mistakenly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

2.1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2.2. Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
2.3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was mistakenly removed.
2.4. Your name, address, email, and phone number.
2.5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and agree to accept service of process from the original complainant.
